Capture the whole screen
One shortcut captures the entire screen your pointer is on. No overlay, no dragging.
| Mac | Windows | |
|---|---|---|
| Capture the whole screen | ⌘ ⇧ 7 | Ctrl Shift 7 |
Press the shortcut, and VizShot captures the whole screen right away, or choose Capture Full Screen from the VizShot menu.
More than one screen#
VizShot captures the screen your pointer is on, one screen at a time. There's no single picture of a multi-screen desktop. To capture another screen, move your pointer there first.
Size#
You get every pixel. On a Retina or other high-resolution screen, that means a big picture. If you'd rather save smaller files, turn on the half-size option in Settings › Images. See file names and formats.
Like every capture, it's copied to the clipboard and saved. What happens next (the card, the editor, or nothing) follows your After a capture setting.
