With a free early-access key that works, you can write to us from the feedback page. Be specific, and we read all of it.
The feedback page is for people who have a free early-access key that works. You need to be signed in with the email on your tester account.
Choose what it's about: A bug, Something confusing, An idea or Something else.
Write your note. The box asks a different question for each kind, like "What happened?" for a bug, or "Where did you get stuck, and what did you expect to see?" for something confusing.
Press send.
Notes have to be at least 20 characters. A bar under the box shows how far along you are.
What makes feedback useful#
Say what you expected, and what happened instead.
Say what you were doing. "I pressed Get link after a capture" beats "uploads broke".
Mention your system, like a Mac on macOS 15 or Windows 11, and the VizShot version from Settings › Updates.
One thing per note, so each can be followed up on its own.
If it won't send#
