Confirm your email
After you ask for a free key, press the button in the email we send. It works once, for 15 minutes.
When you ask for a free key, we email a link to the address you gave. Opening it proves the address is yours, and it is also what sends your key.
Open your inbox and find the email from VizShot.
Press the button, then press Continue on the page that opens.
You land on your status page, and your key is emailed to you.
The link works once, for 15 minutes. You can ask for up to 5 in that time.
Didn't get it?#
Check your spam and promotions folders. On the confirm page, press Send again to get a fresh link (there's a short wait between sends). The page tells you which address the link went to, so you can spot a typo. More tips in my email isn't arriving. If you never confirm, the request is deleted after 30 days.
Your status page#
After confirming, your page shows where you are, in four steps: Asked, Email confirmed, Key made, Key ready.

| "This request is withdrawn." | The request is no longer waiting |
The page also remembers you if you open it again later: sign in with the same email.
