Sign in to your account
There is no password. We email you a link that works once, for 15 minutes.
VizShot accounts have no password, so there's nothing to forget.
Open Sign in and type your email address.
We send you a link. Open your inbox and press the button in the email.
A page loads and asks you to press Continue. That's it, you're in.
Typing an email we haven't seen is fine. It just makes an account. Signing in with the email you bought with shows your keys.
About the link#
It works once, and lasts 15 minutes. After that, ask for a new one.
It only works for the address it was sent to.
You can ask for up to 5 links in 15 minutes. If you hit that, wait a little.
The Continue button is on purpose. Some email programs open every link to scan it for danger, which would use a link up before you did. A link only signs you in once you press Continue.
Didn't ask for it? Ignore the email. Nothing happens unless the link is opened.
How long you stay signed in#
A browser stays signed in while you keep using it, up to 30 days between visits, and for 90 days at most. After that, you'll ask for a new link.
Sign out#
On your account page, Where you're signed in lists each browser that has your account open. Press Sign out beside one, or Sign out everywhere to end them all. Do this if you used a shared computer.
The link doesn't work#
