Find your key again
Your key is in your welcome email, and in your account on this site. Sign in with the email you bought with.

Three places have it:
The welcome email we sent when you bought. Search your inbox for "VizShot".
Your account on this site. Open Sign in, type the email you bought with, and follow the link we send you. On your account page, find the key and press Show key, then Copy.
Dodo Payments' own email after you paid. It's your receipt, and it can carry your key too.
Get a fresh sign-in link#
On the sign-in page, type your email and press the button. We'll send you a link that works once, for 15 minutes. There's no password to remember. In VizShot, Settings › License has a Find my key button while you're on the trial. It takes you to the same page.
It says there's nothing there#
You probably bought with a different email. Try the others you use, like a work address. The account is the email you gave at checkout.
Why the key is hidden at first#
Your account page shows only the last few characters, so the whole key doesn't sit on screen for anyone looking over your shoulder. Show key reveals it, and Copy copies it.
Still can't find it#
Use the contact form (pick "License or billing") or write to [email protected], from the email you bought with, and tell us what you remember: roughly when you bought, and the name on the receipt. We'll sort it out.
