  1. Open the pricing page. Choose how many keys you want (one is $8) and press Buy.

  2. You'll move to a checkout page run by Dodo Payments, who sell VizShot for us. Fill in your email and your payment details there.

  3. When you've paid, you land on a thank-you page with your key on it. Press Copy to copy it.

  4. Within a minute or so, an email arrives with the same key and a link to sign in to your account.

Your key stays in your account on this site, so you can always find it again. If you ever lose it, see finding your key.

No Buy button?#

If the pricing page offers Get a free key where Buy would be, keys aren't on sale yet. Paid keys open at public launch. Until then, the first people to ask get a key for free.

Who takes the payment?#

Dodo Payments, our reseller. They handle your card, work out the sales tax or VAT, and send the receipt. We never see your card number. They may show prices in your local currency, depending on where you are.

Buying several keys#

Choose a higher number on the pricing page, up to ten. You get one key per number, each good for two computers. The emails say things like "Key 2 of 3", so you can tell them apart. Give a key to a friend or a colleague by sending them the key itself.

If the page doesn't show a key#

  • It says it's still confirming your payment. Leave the page open. It looks again by itself, and your key appears as soon as the payment is confirmed.

  • You paid in a different browser or on another device. The key is in your welcome email, and in your account.

  • Nothing arrives after a few minutes. See my email isn't arriving, and write to us if it's still missing.
